Free Parking For Pre-Registered Buyers At The Los Angeles Convention Center Urban Expositions is offering free parking to buyers who pre-register and arrive early to park at Los Angeles Convention Center lot (offer valid at this lot only). Once you pre-register, you will receive a package that will include a parking rebate coupon along with your badges good for reimbursement at the LA Convention Center lot parking-- up to $12 on Friday, July 19 and Monday, July 22 and $15 on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21.
To receive your parking rebate (maximum reimbursement) you MUST bring the following to the parking rebate desk on the show floor:
Your coupon (which you will receive by mail)
Your Los Angeles Convention Center parking receipt
Your July 2013 buyer badge and photo ID
SHUTTLE SERVICE: Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between select host hotels and the LA Convention Center from July 19-22, 2013. In addition, continuous shuttle service will be provided between the LA Gift & Home Week sites – the LA Convention Center and the LA Mart. We have been made aware of other housing companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and have either: lost their significant deposits; been relocated with little or no warning; have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked; or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. This has caused great hardships and significant financial loss to these companies and individuals. Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk.
